"The check-in was awful they made me and my family wait because they said the room wasnt ready which the check-in time was 2pm. They made us wait for 1hr. Then door lock to the room didn't work so some staff had to climb the balcony to let us in. The kitchen and rooms was filthy, one of the on suite ..."

Unterkunft über dieses Portal nicht buchbar

"Buchung existierte bei Ankunft am Hotel nicht. Der Manager erklärte, dass das Hotel über Hotels.com keine Unterkunft anbietet. Es müsse sich um einen Betrug handeln. Unterkunft wurde vorab bezahlt. Feedabck an Hotels.com blieb unbeantwortet. Ich kann nur davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen!"
