Check-in was easy! The rental was perfect! Only problem was parking, got a ticket due to no available parking. Had to eventually park on sand on side of building with golf carts. Sad since we only brought one vehicle and still couldn’t find a spot.

Great place!

The condo was perfect!Clean, cozy, and exactly as listed!We accidentally locked the bottom lock (which was not the deadbolt) and someone was out to let us in and even replaced the bottom lock within 30 minutes!

Perfect week at the beach!

Condo was better than described. So many little extras provided. .......kitchen spices, foil, great dishes and cutlery. The condo residents were super nuce. Made many friends at the 4th of July condo cookout. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property

My family of 7 decided to book this property for our summer vacation. It did not disappoint. Although the property only has 3 bedrooms the entry is large enough for an air mattress or in our case a camping cot. The condo was spotless and smelled amazing. Everything has been renovated as noted in the description. My kids loved the massive televisions in their rooms. Just one personal issue, the mattresses are much more firm than I'm used to but I did sleep fine through our 5 night stay. The location couldn't be any better, I have never had such convenient access to the beach in all the years I have been to the area. Check in was a breeze and check out was smooth and painless. I would definitely book here again.

Great Family Vacation!!

We normally vacation in Florida but I decided to do a mini vacation with my children and grandchildren and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean, updated and convenient to the beach and the pier.The host is great to work with and I would definitely recommend.....you will not be disappointed!!

Stay

Being this was my very first time that I’ve ever rented. The stay was nice, but half of the outlets in the living room didn’t work. The cleaning expectations are ridiculous. When you have a whole family, teenagers, a toddler and a 10 month old it’s hard to leave the condo in perfect condition when you are checking out. I would highly recommend leaving checkout instructions on the refrigerator as a reminder like normal places do. I mean cleaning the walls and vacuuming the outside patio is a bit much (and that’s why you pay your cleaners to do their job). I can understand the checkout list that is listed online. Oh, and this place definitely does not sleep 8 people!

Best place ever

From booking on Vrbo, communicating with the owners, to walking in and smelling how clean and beautiful the place was….awesome experience! We have never had such an easy process! From the comfortable beds and furniture, beautiful decor, and everything you need I will definitely be staying here again! Walked down the steps and you are right at the beach. Oh and the easiest parking we have ever had!! I give it a million stars!!
