Great Layout, but a Bit Messy

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We have stayed with Garden City Realty many times. This property location was great and the layout was nice (all on one floor), but they beds were pretty messy. It had what looked like body fluids stains on it (blood, sweat, and maybe oil). The dryer didn't work (never turned off), the living room TV didn't work, and the dishwasher had some broken buttons. We also had no power in the back bedroom. Maintenance was quick to fix that. We told them about the other issues, but they said the property owners would be notified and would replace if they wanted to. I guess they didn't want to. The hot tub was gross... hair and chunks coming out. I probably won't rent this location again, but it was still fine for the week.
