Beach Views and Family Friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house - it was clean, beautifully decorated, had all the amenities you would need for two families with a direct view of the beach! Great parking and easy to enjoy a day at the seashore. Totally recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at Reunion Villas! The house provided plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The location right across from the beach made it very convenient to access the beach and we enjoyed a view of the ocean from our balconies. The only complaints were the cleanliness of the floors, the sofa bed (sheets), and some pillows (discolored). There was a vaccuum on site, but it did not seem to work very well - especially when we tried to vaccuum the hard surfaces down stairs. We were glad the the rental came with linens and towels, but there were no pot holders in the kitchen and limited kitchen linens. The house also does not have an outdoor grill. We really enjoyed having a pool on site. Access to an outside storage would have been nice for beach chairs, floats, etc. It was very convenient having a key pad entry so each person could come and go without worrying about a key. We really enjoyed our stay at Reunion Villas #2!!

The owner obviously takes pride in their home offering better than average furniture, decor, dishes, etc. We found it exceptionally clean. The realty company was great to work with. We rented a beach cart, chairs and umbrella which made our time so much more enjoyable. We definitely would rent this unit again!

Washed the comforters and the shower in the master has chunks of mold. It’s such a lovely home and a great location, like I said it just would be a great service to get a better cleaning crew.

Had to wait on maintenance to come work on it to gain access, didn't get in until almost 6pm. Hard to understand why a physical key couldn't be maintained at Rental agency for these type emergencies.

The house was clean, plenty big, and had the necessities (especially in the kitchen) we needed. It was also very easy to walk across the street to the beach and had a wonderful view of the ocean even though it was not ‘ocean front’. The only thing lacking was enough seating in the ‘living room’ area. This house accommodates 12 and there were only 7 of us. The couch and love seat seats 5- just a suggestion for the owner. Most nights we ate delicious food at Murrel’s Inlet, enjoyed the Marsh walk, and visited the Garden City Pier (at no charge) to enjoy great music and entertainment. There are plenty of things to do in Garden City such as arcades, putt putt, bowling, shopping, and lots of places to eat. I would definitely recommend this rental and would rent again from Garden City Realty!
