Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place perfect for 2-4 people. There was no dishwasher which was not posted in the listing description. The island with the fold up table portion should be replaced as it’s not functional to sit at and eat. The washer and dryer should be updated, very outdated and it’s very difficult to do a load of laundry when the doors don’t stay open. There are bricks on the pool deck that are not stable and have broken. The cleaners cleaned what they had to and nothing beyond. Floor was sandy when we arrived, dust bunnies under beds and behind doors. Baseboards and ceiling fans were dusty and mirrors were not cleaned. Duvet covers and decorative pillow cases should be cleaned more regularly as they were soiled and stained. But overall the place was comfortable, cute and cozy. You cannot beat the proximity to the ocean. However, high tide will force you off the beach between 3-5 pm at this location.

We had a wonderful stay on the beach! We loved the quick walk (less than 3 minutes) to the public beach, all of the great beach equipment available for use, the lovely backyard pool, and the quiet street. Our main objective for this trip was to maximize beach time and this home made that possible! As with any rental, there are always a few things that could be improved. For us, the very low-quality bedding (synthetic materials make for HOT and uncomfortable sleeping) and the very few provided towels were small frustrations. We were so thankful for the washer and dryer! Additionally, if you are planning this trip as a beach trip bring with or order for delivery beach towels, none are included, and you get one bath towel per person for your stay. There are no additional blankets, pillows, or extras anywhere either, which was okay but seems to be the norm with these corporate owned properties, and is not our preference. We enjoyed our stay very much!
