Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was exactly as expected per rental. Clean and enjoyable time on balcony. Convenient location. A few parking places outside the garage but inside parking was not suitable for full size vehicles. We would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Sea Mystique. The location is good and everything was clean. We were surprised that someone walked off with one of our chairs in the middle of the day on a Saturday. It was just outside the door of the condo when we came up for lunch and was gone after lunch. So even during the day it would be best to keep your beach things on the balcony for safety.

Great retreat from tropical storm Debby

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although Debby dropped 15-18 inches of rain throughout the week🫤, we made the best of it. The condo is nicely furnished, and has a very comfortable feel. This was our second year, staying in this unit, and will, most likely, continue to be each year. Even though it had no adverse effect on our stay, I need to mention, the circuit breaker for the bathroom outlets was tripped upon our arrival, on investigation, I discovered the switch to the balcony was turned on, and apparently there is a short somewhere in that circuit. Once I turned off the balcony switch, I was able to reset the breaker and the bathroom outlets were fine. Also, the garbage disposal didn’t work, but as I said before, these two, minor, issues had no ill effects on our stay!Thank you, Garden City Realty, but next year, I’d ask you to provide better weather! 😬😂

Great condo, terrible parking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the condo it was clean except for the roaches. The parking on the other hand was horrible. We have a truck and we needed to park outside of the covered parking. But the spaces were limited so we didn't move our truck once we got a spot. I will not ever rent this condo again because of that.Also, we had an issued with locking our door when we first arrived. It was after 9 pm before we could get our door lock reset.

Communication is key

I never received an email before we arrived from Garden City Realty (even after I called Friday morning to ask, they said I would get it that afternoon but I didn’t get). It was very confusing because of this for parking, and entry into the condo..... very frustrating. Then I thought we were supposed to have towels they weren’t there so we went to walmart and got some along with supplies. When we got back housekeeping checked in because apparently the beds were made with blankets but they forgot sheets! Then we also got our towels which we spent money on and didn’t really need. I was able to get ahold of someone from prior emails and finally got my email! Nice place blinds did break when we were there but they fixed it and unfortunately people above us were extremely loud and stomped constantly. Great view, bed was good, great location.
