Family Summer Vacay

We had a blast. House is in a convenient spot in Murrel's to get you to the beach and to other activities to do. Would 100% do it again.

Simply nice

House was everything with needed for a nice vacation. Had 3 dogs to bring and the only one that allowed it and no weight limits which is main reason my family booked here.

Great!

It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Loved the screened front porch with a swing and chairs for our morning coffee. Also loved the separate apartment for additional privacy! Great location to everything in Murrells Inlet. Very impressed!

Perfect getaway

Awesome Location, great space & plenty of linens & towels. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Even had some extra koozies when we forgot ours at home. Couch was super comfy and so were beds. We had our dogs with us and there was a great backyard and hose for easy wash down after a day at the beach. Ice machine worked and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. *note for the owners on things that could make the space even better: having designated dog towels, beach towels, big cooler would have come in handy! Maybe some extra beach chairs. Need a full length mirror somewhere. Overall our stay was great and would love to stay again!

Great location but cleanliness issues

PROS: Comfortable king bed Throw blankets for nice giant couches Big kitchen table Plenty of parking Plenty of dishes, glasses, LARGE coffee cups & silverware Nice dishwasher Initial rapid response regarding some issues but no real follow up Great location for the Marshwalk Good size to accommodate 8+ Cute swing on porch 2 single load boxes of Tide provided and 2 dishwasher pods - plus wall mounted shampoo/conditioner/body wash (but body wash was empty in the 2nd bathroom) CONS: Filthy outside stairs and porch Screens ripped on “screened in porch” LOWER separate unit has mold on the ceiling, smelled like mildew - no A/C in that bedroom - shower only super hot or super cold - bedroom rug not vacuumed - lots of live centipedes and dead bugs MAIN house: Blinds really dusty Cobwebs on pendant lights and on chandelier over table A/C filter filthy (maintenance guy changed it out for us) Master toilet was running nonstop but was fixed the next day (and then it still ran every minute for a few seconds) NO dish towels Only 3 hand towels for 2 bathrooms Kitchen faucet - super low pressure for hot water - fine for cold water Broken switch for garbage disposal Dead and LIVE cockroaches Shower curtain liners need to be replaced Lots of grease above microwave and on those cabinets - with lots of dust attached to it The place really needs a thorough cleaning
