My family and I have stayed at Coral Muscat a few times. I understand that the pandemic has changed things. However, if the hotel knows they have guests inbound, they should ensure the room is already cooled and all water is flushed out. We arrived and checked in only to find brown water flowing from the pipes and a room that was hot. The room never really got to a cool temperature while we were there; 3 days. We were very disappointed that the staff was not proactive in looking out for the comfort of their customers. On a prior occasion regarding the room temperature, we did notify the reception. They sent a technician who only said that the system is working and will cool; it never did. Another issue is the parking. The access to the underground parking is a narrow driveway. There is a KFC restaurant adjacent to the access point. KFC customers block the way even though there is a sign. I had a confrontation with a very rude individual. They had no respect. KFC nor the hotel had anyone there to intervene and advise the KFC customer that they were in the wrong. I complained to the reception with a response that they take care of it. Note that there is no security personnel at the security desk. Totally disappointed in Coral Muscat Hotel. This time is my last time to stay at Coral Muscat Hotel. They really blew it for the price we have to pay. It's not worth it.

Dette er et hotell jeg varmt anbefaler. Strategisk beliggenhet, fantastiske ansatte, gode fasiliteter og godt utstyrte og romslige boenheter. Anbefales veldig!
Fordi hotellet er sekskantet har denne dype patioen ingen støy og er en oase midt inne i hotellet.
Mohammed er alltid hjelpsom og hyggelig.

Comfortable, big rooms ... the staff was friendly and helpful ... great relaxing zone on the roof-top with swimming pool. If you want to relax on the beach, this hotel wan't be probably your choice, but if you want to explore Muscat and north part of Oman with rental car as we did, it's a great choice.

This was a return visit to Coral Muscat. When we visited two years ago, we had a good (not great) experience. However, the property is now looking very tired and in need of renovation. The bathrooms have mould, and not in a good condition. The furniture is quite stained, the overall experience was not great. We also found the reception staff quite rude and unhelpful. We requested to have a couple of tea bags and sugar sachets to be sent up as the housekeeping staff had not replenished them - it was never sent up! at the end of our stay during checkout, the member of staff literally just said, "You can go now." This 'hotel' leaves a lot to be desired. I will be returning to Muscat, but I think that was our last stay at Coral. It is a shame as the property does benefit from being in a good location and has lovely views from the rooftop pool.

This apartment hotel was in a great location offering a base to explore Muscat and the surrounding area. The only problem i found was there was no extra bed for our 10yr old daughter to sleep in and she was expected to sleep in the large king with us. The alternative was to pay 11 riyals for an adjoining bedroom but she didn't want to sleep away from us. An extra bed would have been a simple solution

Fint hotel, men tjek op på antal personer!

Meget store værelser! Lækkert med to toiletter og fin tilstand af både hotel og værelse. Rent og pænt. Poolen havde en ok størrelse og ok temperatur. Restauranten havde en lidt kølig atmosfære, men servicen var fin og maden god. Dog problematisk at booke et værelse til 5, og der så kun er redt op til 2 + håndklæder til 2, service mm. til 2. Vi måtte rykke flere gange for bare at få et tæppe, og vi måtte selv opsøge rengøringsfolk på gangen for at få håndklæder fra deres vogn. Service fik vi aldrig mere af. Den del kunne godt have været lidt bedre og om ikke andet rettet op ved vores henvendelse(-r).

Très bonne expérience à l’hotel Coral! Nous avons séjourné 10 jours, l’accueil très agréable, le personnel sympathique et toujours aux petits soins pour nous, les chambres très propres et spacieuses (elles disposent d’un coin cuisine aménagé avec bouilloire, grille pain, machine à laver...). Il y a une piscine et une salle de sport qui sont chacune très bien entretenue. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The flat(s) are huge. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the flats are cleaned very well. Although I was on a non-smoking floor, my room/apartment smelled of stale smoke. I could also smell the stench of people smoking in the floor. The hotel is on a couple of busy roads and although the windows are double glazed - the windows aren't sealed well and you can hear a fair bit of road noise. I was also unluck to have a flat that had an adjoining door with another flat. I could hear the TV, people talking and a baby screaming.

設備・清掃状態・マスカット市内の交通の便は申し分ないです。あえて挙げるとすると、空港からホテルへ路線バスを使おうとすると、近いバス停が無い程度。ルートタクシー・乗り合いタクシーを使えば問題ないです。

Short break

Hotel was excellent, some small restaurants nearby but taxis needed to get to most locations but these are plentiful and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and assisted us in booking a car for a couple of days. Definitely worth visiting Oman if you have the chance, people are friendly and the popular tourist spots are outstanding, Wadi Shab, Jebel Shams and Nizwa.
