「The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.」

「Very high value for the money considering I payed about 70USD/ night for a 5-star hotel. Rooms are modern and have everything you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Food was good in general and the breakfast buffet in particular was very good with a a lot of variety from day to day. Walking distance to the beach and also several free shuttle busses every day, both to the beach and an area with lots a shops and restaurants (the also have a popular night market there every Friday) The service...

From our villa we had direct access to the beach, where we had full service from Lazy coconut beach bar and restaurant while we were enjoying our time on sun-beds (free of charge). And next door is a very popular beach club - Catch, where we had healthy breakfasts. Also cabanas are free for hotel guests. Hotel also had best massage. Very welcoming and professional staff. Coffee and coconut juice at the lobby are complimentary. Much recommended !!! 」
