「Everything was so good, but don’t the reason about we had locked out of our room, we even called the front desk many times, the staff still reaction very slow. we wait out of our room door around 30 min without any compensation」

「We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again.」

「The hotel was beautiful from the moment we walked in we said wow. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and always wanted to help. We were welcome with a drink and cool flannel which was very necessary after 16 hours of travel. I absolutely loved every corner of the hotel and will definitely stay again in the future. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room with it being a wet room the shower mat needs to be removed and changed to something else as it was...
