The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. I went to the pool after visiting the spa which was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I left as I felt my life or the safety of my life would be at risk and would not be able to enjoy my trip as planned.
