“The place was very clean. The communication with the owner was prompt when messages sent. The location is great for the RicerCenter or anything downtown. Recommendations - More Linens - there were no hand towels. One wash rag per person for the whole week. One towel per person. One dish towel. - 5 guests should be anticipated with wash rags and towels - Also there were black wash rags we assume for makeup but no instructions (2 for 5 people) - Windows were open upon arrival and it was 30……

“Pros: view & super clean
Cons: everything else! We will not be coming back to this property.
Heating was locked so we froze the entire weekend and it was so incredibly loud everytime the furnace kicked on. Sleep was horrible. I was so ready to leave!
No where to hang clothes. No closet. I hung my dresses from the curtain rod.
Cooking was challenging. Kitchen is not well stocked with appliances and utensils for meal prep.
The deck has holes in the floor that they covered with……

“What a gorgeous, spacious penthouse loft in the middle of all the cool downtown spots in Davenport! Tim was an excellent host--answering my questions and always accessible but never intrusive. The bedding was super soft, thick and cozy, a really nice touch! I would definitely come back again, and will recommend this to friends and family who come to the Quad Cities to visit. ”
