People were friendly. Easy access to funicular for travel Between uptown and downtown! Although walk down was much easier than walk up if you want to try! Host was awesome, Pierre was perfect! ”

“飯店人員非常親切，很熱情的分享魁北克當地知名景點及餐廳，停車場雖是使用City Hall的空間，略微不方便，但距離不遠，且費用由飯店負擔。房間整潔明亮，樓下雖是旅客服務中心，但晚上便有門禁管制，安全性尚佳。飯店地點在芳緹娜對面，地理位置優越。飯店本身沒有餐廳，不過有跟隔壁餐館合作，提供住客優惠的早餐方案。”

“La chambre était magnifique! La demoiselle qui nous a servi était d'une gentillesse! Utiliser un voiturier était une bonne idée parce que le stationnement est inexistant. Extrêmement bien situé, nous étions littéralement derrière le musée, et nous y allions pour une exposition. 5 mins à pieds du petit Champlain, nous avons tout aimé !”

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“This apartment was in the best location. It's within walking distance to everything. It was well stocked for cooking and had all the amenities we needed for our 8 night stay. The only negative thing I have to say is that the couch is not comfortable at all and the cushions fall off whenever you try to sit on it. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would stay here again. Hopefully, there will be a new couch soon. :)”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
