“the room was nice and clean. The breakfasts every morning were great and they accommodated my early departure to the bus stop. All in all, i had a very pleasant stay. ”

“The hotel is close to everything, restaurants, casinos, stores, souks, the beach, and everything you could need. The front desk is very friendly and very attentive. The only small issue is the cleanliness, the fridge had a very old fridge smell and the shower and bathroom and the den were a little dirty. Everything else was great! ”

Its quiet old , the condition wasn't that well - they had cleaners cleaning every day but it still looked scruffy and untidy due to the age of the property- We stayed there as wanted to save money on accommodation. Staff were very friendly - always smiling and helpful. Beach and other places are like 10-12 mins drive. Easy access to food places and money changers 5 mins walk away. ”

From helping us coordinate tours, secure travel arrangements, helping us to find some much needed supplies. The Food service and restaurants are to be Commended and we used them all! We were a part of a multigenerational family and it was great to see there were activities that could keep us all happy and the times we shared can’t……

“On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. The snacks were poor and there was no way to get a decent coffee. The pool area is lovely, but not if you like it quiet and peaceful, as……

“Staff very helpful and friendly, if there was any problem all was sorted very quick. Clean room. I have recommend the place.”

“The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.”
