“My partner and I were stuck in Guadalajara during the security incident on Feb 22. The staff were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to keep us well-fed and safe when the city was shut down. I am truly grateful for the kindness they showed. “Room was as expected, bed was like double size USA mattress, staff very helpful carrying my heavy bags up 2 floors. Room did not have faciel tissue but there was abundant toilet paper. Perhaps face tissues not expected in mexico? AC worked great, took me a bit to locate the AC remote on wall near door.
