Clean and spacious rooms. Amenities available downstairs. The talking dinosaurs were fun, and check-in was very straight forward. Good location.

Sorry but one of our beds was just terrible. The mattress was too big for the base and it kept sliding off the base. We were on the 10th floor and we could hear people on the floor above us. It sounded like children running at night.

The property was very close to the train station (with a lot of shops and food options). The rooms and bathroom are large. Unfortunately the bathtub was dirty. There is an also Starbucks next door which is convenient if you need a quick coffee.
The breakfast was 5,000 yen per person so we passed. The drinks at the bar were also overpriced and they charged me a fee for the bar even though I’m a Hyatt member and it was supposed to be waived. Ordered desert and it was disgusting. Had better at 7-11.
