"The room and hotel were great, but the bartender was rude and avoidant when I tried to purchase a bottle of water. The TV screensaver in the room kept going on, lighting up the room and waking me several times. After about two hours of repeatedly putting it in sleep mode on the room tablet, I finally unplugged the tv. I called the front desk several times without answer. This resulted in a terrible night of sleep on a work trip. "

"Super Friendly staff and clean rooms, just so unbearably small and difficult to get around if you have two people in the room. Our shins are bruised from constantly banging off the corners of the beds, trying to move about. The bathroom is also very very tight. The restaurant and bar need to stay open later than they do. Twice we’ve stayed at this hotel and twice upon returning we wanted to have a drink, but have gone elsewhere because the bar is closed. Also, lotion would be a nice amenity. So other than being too small, everything else is great. "

"the staff were absolutely wonderful during my stay, the room and hotel was very clean, and the location was great—especially if not wanting to stay in downtown Boston. The location was safe, quiet, and cozy, but also lively, with a good amount of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The biggest downside about my 2-night stay here was how small my room was, and the insanely lacking amount of storage space for guests to unpack and organize their personal belongings during their stay. To my surprise, I ended receiving a free upgrade to the king suite with the added seating area and table. The room was small, but it was also very stylish and sleek, with cozy lighting, but also upscale vibes to it all too. The room so compact, and the lack of storage space (ex: no closet, nor shelving, or drawers/dressers, minimal bathroom counter space, no storage in nightstands either) was definitely a challenge for me throughout my stay. Plus, the room is small, but add in the king sized bed, and the added seating area, there was almost no room to walk around comfortably—even as a solo traveller (i couldn’t imagine two people being comfortable in this room together/not bumping into each other the entire time). On a better note, the hotel offered 10% discount for guests using their restaurants and room service, as well as free wifi, which allows guests to connect their phones and other electronics to the TV via chromecast and bluetooth."

"We brought it puppy and incurred a pet charge of $70 . Appreciative of the pet policy but I think $50 is more reasonable. Other than this, excellent hotel and staff and facility! "

"The room was spacious and clean. There was a microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, and toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on-site was also very good. Highly recommend the chocolate chip pancakes. "

"The room was on the smaller size but had plenty of space for bags, a desk to work, a good sized bathroom, and didn't feel cramped. The exercise area was fantastic and had a variety of cardio, weight machines, and free weights that seemed in new condition. Staff was also very friendly and helpful!"

"Room was not ready until about 2 hours after stated check-in time. Ongoing construction made things a mess and was loud. In addition, construction noise started at 7 AM."
