"Great location and excellent fitness room and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Francisco. "
"Very impressive hotel in all ways - great location, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable and spacious room, and a wonderful restaurant/bar hidden away on the fifth or sixth floor of the hotel."
"We had a good stay at the Fairmont. Room was very clean and they provided nice amenities, ie. iron, steam machine, robes, umbrella (didn’t use). There is a beautiful lobby and all staff were very friendly. The only downside is that the room walls are paper thin. We could clearly hear our neighbors having a normal conversation. Fortunately they weren’t being loud at late night or too early in the morning. "
