"Room was exactly what we needed -- spacious with functioning A/C, wifi, and a clean bathroom. Building is certainly older and may not be as "chic" as some newer hotels but we loved its charm and ease. Location was great, seating areas around the hotel were great, staff were friendly and helpful"

"The hotel was honestly really nice. I was afraid because people said it is in a bad area but that is not really the case (around the hotel). I felt very safe, everything was clean and the stuff was ultra nice. A great experience overall, highly recommend it."

"Great location, nice rooms. Yhe pool was closed when we were there due a delay in renovations, which was disappointing. But everything else was good."

"The hotel itself is pretty cute, but as soon as you pay attention you realize how dirty it is. We got there at 3pm on Friday and there was a black, sticky stain that stayed there until the next morning. The floor in our room was never swept or vacuumed. The elevator itself is really grimy. There was a brown liquid dripping down our bathroom door. It’s like everything was cleaned ✨just enough✨ Also, I asked for a nice room with a view and I got a roof top to look at. I appreciate that the hotel is old, and I think it’s charming. But maybe check in with housekeeping sometimes 路‍♀️"
