Great place to stay for those weekend trips to the City. Central location, across the street from Sight Glass coffee, close to Folsom Street and the Mission isn't far either. Rooms were clean, comfy and updated. Can't say anything really negative about this cool little SOMA hotel. Definitely will book again.

The elevator was under construction which was the only disadvantage. The room was clean amd staff was friendly. Stayed 2 nights. Great coffee shop right across the street!
Loved staying here. The front desk guy was very nice and helped with everything! Parking so convenient and easy! Location was great too, it felt safe and wasn’t ghetto at all. Room was perfect for my husband and I and my best friend! Will be staying here from now on.
The staff were welcoming, competent and accommodating, and the property was exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast each morning was a nice touch. Parking is limited, but overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. Would book again
The walls are pretty thin so make sure you're not next to (or across the hall from) a bunch of night owls. The elevator was out and I had to walk up 3 flights with luggage which was annoying. But I just needed the room for an overnight trip and it was the right price, clean in the right location. If I had known there would've been a fridge and microwave I might've bought some items for later.
The location was interesting, the rooms were unique and comfortable, we had to park around the corner but we enjoyed walking the San Fran city streets with the kids, and stopped at a cool pizza joint on the way to our room.
Very clean rooms , staff was great will be re booking for future trips !

The area of the hotel is convenient to walkable to other areas, it’s about a 30 min walk to Oracle Park. There is parking at the hotel but there may be limited in/outs because space is limited. It was good hotel for a short stay.
Our first room was extremely small and tight for our family of six. There was a strong sewer-like smell, and the room spray used was overpowering, which caused headaches for my family and me. The elevator was also broken, so we had to carry four large checked suitcases up a very narrow staircase. Parking was very limited and cost $30 per night.
After the first night, we were upgraded to a larger room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that room was located right next to the parking lot, and the walls were very thin—we could hear almost every sound from outside.
That said, the staff were friendly, understanding, and did their best to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated.
It was better than expected, great service and friendly and willing to accommodate, thank you Definitely recommend!!

Everything from the time of check-in to time of check-out was absolutely perfect. This is my
Third or fourth time staying at this property and each time I leave I continued to be amazed at how professional and kind the staff are, how spotless the rooms are, and how quiet the common areas were.
The hotel also offers a light breakfast with offerings of cereal, toast, pastries, two options for juice, many coffee espresso choices, yogurts and fresh fruit, along with oatmeal that is complimentary from 7am to 10am.
There is parking on site but we didn’t need to use it. We were informed there was no working
Elevator. Keep this in mind if someone in your party requires one that this may not be the property for them.
Rooms do run small but there are larger accommodations on the top floor meant for families or large parties.

I really enjoyed the artwork inside the hotel. However, one important detail that should be mentioned on Expedia and the hotel’s website is that parking is very limited—even for guests with prior reservations. Additionally, the bathroom towels were dirty and had rips, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, the exterior of the hotel was clean, and I didn’t notice anything that felt sketchy or unsafe.
Great space for large groups. Very nice! Parking was easy as long as we got in early. Breakfast hits! Definitely staying here again!

Breakfast could be better. Yogurts were just displayed and were not placed with ice. Bread was so old. The guy from the night smelled so bad. His smell lingered in the lobby. Imagine getting breakfast with the smell of poor hygiene. Staff was nice parking was good we payed and secured our parking. Room was spacious but could of been cleaner. Beds were semi done.
What or any issues that may be experienced are will/would be promptly resolved to the guest's complete satisfaction, e.g., the people in the room above my room were "heavy walkers" and staff was very gracious in resolving the issue. In addition the staff are extremely helpful, courteous and friendly!
