"We have traveled to Japan for pleasure a dozen times over the past decade (Seattle based). We may never stay in Tokyo again. The NEX transfer at Shinagawa was a breeze compared to Tokyo Station. We always have JR passes so the trip from Shinyokohama to Tokyo Station is very quick and easy via Shinkansen.. and it is very easy to access Yokohama is the Yokohama (JR) Line. The hotel staff and room were terrific. The breakfast plan is a bargain (Japanese and Western) and sumptuous. The rooms were quiet, beds and bedding very comfortable, etc. We are on a four week trip.. stayed here at the beginning and will end the trip there as well."

"Had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Biggest negative for us was we could not have our family of 3 in a single room and had to split a 2nd room with another family of 3 in our group. Daily breakfast was great, lots of options for both a Western palette or those wanting something more authentic to Japan. My biggest complaint would be the runny eggs but you can get an omelette cooked on demand. Several coffee options (very small cups though) and the kids loved the ice cream. Always fresh fruit, yogurt and a variety of bread/baking. Never ate lunch or dinner there. Multiple coffee shops on the first floor. Walkable to many dining options and to the bus (we were there for sports)"
