「When we checked in, there was a strong smell of weed coming from across the front desk and also in the elevator. We checked in late, around 11:30pm, so maybe getting high is a night shift perk. The room was very plain, but seemed to be clean. Beds were comfortable. Biggest complaint is the nonstop loud traffic noise coming from the street below. No bedside clock. Breakfast was just meh. We won’t be back.」

「The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.」

「Excellent」

「Ana, at the front desk was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, pool was clean and rooms were always cleaned and ready before noon! Shuttle was good and reliable. Great value!」
