“Have stayed here several times over the years. Great location, and views of the river. Rooms are very generous in size, and clean. However, things have been sliding downwards ever so slowly. Staff if no longer as helpful as they used to be, and the on-site restaurant is no longer a decent place to eat. It is understaffed, overpriced, and the food quality leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because the place used to be really awesome, and is still decent for the most part.”

“Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above.”

“Room was okay. There was a hair on the bathroom wall by the shower. AC did not work at all. You can tell it needed some freon or something. Warm air came out throughout day/night. Left a day earlier cause of it.”
