「The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back」

「Really nice hotel in a great spot in Greektown. Close to downtown; upper floors have amazing city views but can sometimes be a little noisy on the weekends. Overall, a great experience will definitely stay there again.」

The couch was dirty, the floor looked clean (well swept) but was actually filthy, as the floors that turn my new pink wool socks black on the bottoms. Stains on the towels and bathroom shower curtain but you get what you pay for. This was by far the cheapest hotel downtown during our stay so I suppose I would stay there again.
