“I booked a room at a low season from Monday to Thursday, expecting to stay in the main building. However, I was informed that they were unable to accommodate me due to a sewer smell in some rooms. Consequently, I was given a room in a cottage-style lower level building located behind the hotel with no visibility. Unfortunately, this room had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of dirty socks and was poorly cleaned . Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite limited.”

“The place was a beautiful Victorian home. Well decorated and comfortable warm and friendly. Our host was amazing. Eric prepared the most beautiful breakfast in the morning far beyond continental style. You cannot beat his omelette or his pancakes. The home is located in an excellent spot. The host was very personable and accommodating. The coffee was ready throughout the day nonstop. And the hot water for tea. highly recommend staying there a wonderful getaway.”

“There was 12 ladies staying at this house for a golf tournament. The house was prestige. The rooms were exactly as described and the cleanliness was outstanding.There was a little hiccup with the electrical in the kitchen for breakfast, but our host went out of his way to come up with a solution for our second day breakfast. We enjoyed campfire both nights.Would definitely stay here again.”
