THE RED OAKS
A private cottage, less than 25’ from the waters’ edge is nestled amongst mature oaks and evergreens providing guests the feeling of being totally submerged in nature. It’s a bright and airy cottage home boosting fantastic outdoor spaces ideal for entertaining including a boathouse roof top deck, lots of deck and dock space with Muskoka chairs and loungers, plus a screened in porch area off the Primary. The convenient location makes it a family favourite for all ages with Hanna Park (boat launch), local shops, LCBO, restaurants, grocery store, and ice cream parlors an easy walk drive or boat ride away.

PROPERTY
RED OAKS – Cottage property is lined with 100 year old oak and hemlock trees and has both shallow and deep water. Easy access to shallow water with two stair entries one from small dock and other from main boathouse dock. Waterfront area provides easy access to the lake for swimming, boating, and fishing.

Screened in area opens to deck with BBQ and stairs down to waterfront.

The recently renovated flat top boathouse roof houses four chaise lounge recliners and four Muskoka chairs as well as a dining table, chairs, bench and umbrella to seat 8+ guests for a meal. With southwest exposure its ideal for soaking in the sun, cooling off in refreshening water, and then enjoying a meal with sunset views.
