「Perfect property to spend a wonderful two days with close friends. The house is well stocked and flush with amenities - kitchen has everything you might need to cook, huge TVs everywhere, new bbq, lots of towels, nice bedrooms with comfy beds, and so much more! Sadly we didn’t have good weather so we couldn’t make good use of the dock and amazing deck space but we will be back! 」

「Great location on Lake Muskoka, short trip to either Port Carling or Bracebridge for groceries or shopping. Cottage is well maintained and appointed. Property manager is responsive and reasonable. We felt very comfortable at the cottage. Beautiful lake views from the cottage and dock. Hiked up Huckleberry Lookout which is a 5 minute walk away. Used the kayaks on the property. Fireplace in the cottage works very well. We did a Rosseau lake trip on the Peerless II. 」

「Stayed August 2025 with family of four. We found other reviews to be largely accurate. Cottage was clean, comfy, well stocked (except we never did find an ice cream scoop lol). BBQ worked, lots of activities indoors and outside, good sitting areas, great location albeit on a busy lake.It's a stretch to say it has AC. There's a portable unit in the back hall with maybe a five/six foot hose. It didn't reach let alone cool the south-facing main area. It's probably fine most times of year but...

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our entire group. The location was excellent, peaceful, with a gorgeous beachfront that we all enjoyed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive; any questions we had were quickly resolved. The setting and amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!」

「Pros: Beautiful lake, great location, responsive property managerCons: Every aspect of the house needs maintenance. Seems things have either not been maintained or repaired on the cheap for awhile. It was a frustrating stay. Lots of potential but investment is required.」

「What a fantastic property for a family gathering! We had littles aged 2 and children 5 & 9 plus parents and grandparents and everyone had the most wonderful time. The property s has so much to do including a bonus kitchen garden with herbs and tomatoes and an apple tree! The beach has plenty of water toys including SUP’s, kayaks and canoes. The kitchen is very well equipped and the tv offer is streaming services so there is something for everyone.The host made the check in process seamless. We...

"The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. "
