「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Ruth at the front desk assisted me in getting my luggage bag sewn together at a very reasoble price after it was torn by the airline. Dining room staff was wonderful. Cleaning and groundskeeping staff were also wonderful! Restaurant meals as well as the buffet breakfast were great!」

「I had a wonderful stay for work at Bugando Medical Center. The room was clean and spacious- every day Frida took great care with cleaning and hospitality! She made the long trip much more comfortable. If you are not used to noise, you may find it loud, but it is very central. Easy to get to the market, restaurants, anywhere you need. The staff is kind, breakfast was good, the rooftop bar has an amazing view! Will stay here again. 」
