"Room phone didn't work. Doors on our room didn't latch properly. Cobwebs in every corner of the room. Doors to get into the building didn't even require us to use our room card to open. Hot tub didn't work when we checked in, which we were fine with, but we stayed here to let our kids have fun in a pool for a couple nights, which also wasn't working. We checked out a day early because of both being shut down which made our weekend a bust for the kids. We reached out to the Comfort Suites GR...

"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "
