The property was quite nice and accurately described in the online information. The customer support staff were VERY friendly and professional, and prompt with their responses. One complaint: the bath tub could not be filled!! Very disappointing after a day at the beach.

The interior spaces leading up to the property smelled of smoke & looked rather dingy. When inside the unit itself it was as pictured & the smoky smell outside was not in the space. While we appreciated getting into the property well before 4 PM check-in, many things inside the unit were broken including the barn door to the bedroom & the sofa bed. Additionally, the dining table was cheap quality and simply bumping into it would result in the leaning to the point of almost falling over. I will say the maintenance staff that came to fix the bed was kind & extremely efficient! Customer service is very responsive! I assume the same would have occurred to fix the door & table, however we did not notice these issues until after hours & were checking out the next day. Additionally, four of us were in the property, however there were less quantities of certain items. For example: the table on had 3 stools, only 2 pool towels were left, only 3 drinking glasses & only 2 bowls/plates that were marked as microwave safe (other were glass & we did not feel comfortable microwaving them should they crack). Cleanliness was a slight issues as the carpet in the living room was very dingy & dirty. Additionally, there were some baseboard tiles that were cracked & missing in different areas. The toilet also was hard to get to flush. The pools that are available for use were also very dirty/murky so we avoided them entirely. For the price (& insane amount fees), we expected more.
