Bring a good shoulder

The door needs to be looked at when trying to open. It required a really good push; thought my partner may have put out his shoulder. Overall the unit was ok. The home was clean, and a nice view on the balcony. However, very very very small bathroom which is why I don't think i'll stay here again and the mattress was bad; had a big dip in the middle.

Overpriced, outdated, old.

The room can use some very cheap easy updates. The shower had one setting, very hot. The view was great but that's about where the positives begin and end. For something so expensive it felt very cheap. Upon departure we were greeted by a very large cockroach in the lobby.

Nice staff

I give this a 4 star only because of the staff. They were very helpful and nice. The online view of the building and rooms are very misleading. Their so called designated dog area is a place that you have to go out the front door and around the side of the building to the public park. The ocean front is really ocean angles because the building is shaped like a W. But they don't tell you that online. You don't have private balconies, you look at your neighbors. The beds will kill your back. I just did not like the place because I was expecting something different according to the website. But again the staff was very nice.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was very nice except that the bathroom was on the small side and the toilet was pretty loose! Need a little TLC in the bathroom department. Please have someone check out the AC. It did become a bit hot on our last day! The view of the beach was great and there was no bedbugs.

I loved the kitchen and the king bed. But the door was hard to open to get in the room! The slide door to the patio was terrible! Very hard to open and close! And the bathroom is too compact! It needs a hair blow dryer in the bathroom. And the commode needs updated! It would not flush good!

Not completely as pictured.

Room was okay as far as furnishings. View was nice. The cleanliness of the room was not good. There was old dog food on the floor and lots of dust on the floor as well. We weren't able to get a blanket at all until the last night. Very noisy. Sliding glass door wouldn't close unless it was pulled very hard.
