Nice room but needs a few touch ups.

The price of the room and the size was good and big enough for my lil family. But the let out couch mattress was down to the springs and so uncomfortable that my guest left early because they couldn’t sleep on it another night. We stayed at rooms before where the let out couch was just as comfortable as the beds in the room. I called and complained and they brung a mattress to replace it temporarily but it was super small and didn’t fit in the couch. So we was stuck with a big mattress laying around and in the way during the day after we folded the couch back up. And it was a refrigerator in the room and in the kitchen. We put all of our food in the one in the kitchen and didn’t know it didn’t work until all of our food melted. They could of put up a “out of order sign” so that we wud of knew to use the one in the room instead of our food melting. Other than that, it was a nice room and a good price.

Fun spot

Beds are comfortable, view is great, room had everything we needed!! Be aware this room is right across from elevator and can be loud if your a light sleeper.

Great Location

Our apartment was very clean the towels and bedding was very clean. However, the dish cloths were old and dingy and the front door stopper needs to be replaced. We had difficultly when going in and out of the room. and the utensils need to be replaced . Other than that, we had a great stay amd a great time. Thanks Vacasa team

Pleasant stay

We stayed for two nights very recently. The staff was extremely hospitable and welcoming. The rooms were nice. And the beds were comfortable. The pull-out couch was pretty uncomfortable and there was a few stains on the living room furniture but as I am not perfect I don't expect anyone else to be. Overall it was a pleasure and I would definitely recommend. And we'll be back

Everything was great! The staff, the room, everything. I would have given 5 stars aside from a few things. The pull out soda bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the frame. The tiki bar by the pool was not open. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Will stay again and highly recommend!

Over priced for what you get.

Sleeping was terrible because of the water pipes in the walls banging. Couch had stains on it and just looked dirty as can be. Door was right in front of the elevators so I could hear nothing all day in the room but the elevator and people along with the water pipes banging. Would not stay here again.

Nice room, crowded pool and rude staff

We stayed here for a week, when we attempted to book our second week in the same hotel the lady at the desk said she couldn’t book to us, even though we had already been staying here. When we asked for a manager, he came out and pretty much agreed that we couldn’t stay there and told us to leave. We were respectful and rational, and they were just honestly rude and avoidant.

Short Good Stay

We stayed here for two nights for a competition. View and access to beach and restaurant is spot on. Room was compact and was everything we needed. Good use some updating. The elevator is right by the bedroom so you hear people all night.

Great Weekend Getaway

Beautiful View

Room was just average, and long waits for elevators. However the view from the balcony was amazing and the area outside the hotel was beautiful. The close proximity to the beach was also very convenient. Might consider returning if rooms were upgraded a bit.
