Love it!

Had a great time with family and our dog. Super dog friendly area. Quick walk to the beach and food places. Room had comfy beds and was very clean. Nice view of the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

This property has a beautiful view. The property needs to be updated. There are at least a half a dozen places that need fixed: The bathroom floor, needs recalled, it is deteriorated. The paint/wood on the bathroom vanity is missing a very large piece of wood. The piece of rubber at the bottom of the sink counter is missing an entire piece of the baseboard. One of the knobs on the stove is missing. There is a nasty stain on the wall, I would’ve cleaned it, but it looked gross.

Affordable Beach Vacation

Clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, location was a great distance to restaurants and shopping. They worked with us to coordinate an early check in which was very helpful. They also allowed pets which was very convenient for us. Restaurant on site was nice and affordable. Check weather before coming! We made that mistake and it rained the whole week, so hard to enjoy the beach when your not allowed in the ocean. But we had nice indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy and they gave free DVD rentals. Pirates voyage dinner show was a highlight as well as mini golf. Overall a great trip and would stay here again!

If you are going to check out, plan on checking out a day early. The Patricia grand is located on N. Ocean Ave. and has little-to-no front access. Which means that bringing your car up to the front to load up your luggage upon checkout is going to take a long time. I don’t know how many rooms the Patricia grand turns over but they do not have enough elevator service to handle the demand. Waiting for an elevator upon checkout took over 30 minutes. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment. They do mention that the facility is a no smoking establishment, but every time we opened up the door to our balcony, we were greeted with the disgusting and low class sent of cigarettes and marijuana. Those scents suited the Patricia grand. There was loud and obnoxious music played into the late hours and early in the morning. Quite a low-class establishment for the price.

Great time at Patricia Grand

Loved this place! We parked and didn't drive again till leaving as great food and activities were within walking distance. Room was very clean, ocean view balcony was fabulous, and all staff were friendly and helpful. We will reserve here again!
