I loved the beach ONLY... The rooms are out dated, the allow pets which are ok if they cleaned the rooms. Now, they never cleaned while we were there and when I wiped up water from the floor after swimming, the towel was black indicating there was NO WAY they moped those floors. And when there are pets involved it should be must. The rooms are 1980 motel vibes. U can tell tjinhs have not changed much since they were open. After paying up front and being tied to a contract, we were forced to stay but the rooms looked nothing as they appeared in the initial booking. HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I would not recommend to anyone else. I have pictures as well. This company needs to fo up dates and for what uou are charging, u need to upgrades as well. Let's not forget the closet bathroom, you can barely close the door when trying to use it. EVERYTHING in there is practically touching each other. The beds were not comfortable at all and the mattress were like matts with no fitted sheets. Yes, truly not a good stay at all. My advice is to not book unless ur not going to be in the room at all. Or make sure, u get the insurance do that u can cancel of u like... kinda of crazy because of the cost already but this time even though I would have lost $150 to cancel, I wish I had because this was my dream vacation/honeymoon nightmare 😢 💯🎯‼️

We enjoy The Patricia Grand every time we stay. This was a nice room, and I really can't complain. The bed was super comfy. I will mention though that the shower pressure isn't great, there are black spots on the bathroom ceiling, and there is a lot of rust on the lamps and shower rod. Nothing too major, just not perfect. Room was clean though and has a good view.

Our experience with this room was nothing but positive. When we arrived the room was very cool and bed and bathroom were clean and stocked with enough towels for our stay. The grounds were well kept and the pools and hot tubs were all clean and not overly crowded. There was a outside bar with food served and that was convenient and not overly priced. Would definitely stay here again.
