OK experience overall. However, there is room for improvement

Property was great for the price and listing was as advertised. House was roomy and everyone enjoyed their stay. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were a hit. Here are somethings they could improve on - Cleanliness - While the property wasn’t “dirty”, it wasn’t clean either. Who ever cleaned it, did a shabby job. - There were no big pots/ pans (or) a blender. So, cooking for a big family was somewhat of a challenge. Also, with out blender we couldn’t make mixed drinks. Kinda important for a beach house… - Dishwasher was LOUD. It sounded as if you were standing next to an airplane engine.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

When we arrived the staff was really nice. They were a bit overwhelmed as they were still throughly cleaning units due to covid. When we made it to our room Ms. Andrea (housekeeping) was just finishing our room. She was very informative about local attractions and the best things to see while we were in town. Will definitely come back.

Not what I expected

The staff was rude, the lobby, halls, elevators and room were not clean and run down. Not a good neighborhood. Constant smell of weed and fireworks on beach every night at 3 am.

Excellent location

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. The parking garage is convenient and secure. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. The only oddity was having the second king bedroom set apart from the rest of the condo but we managed.
