The multiple hot tubs and pools. The view of the beach ⛱️ outstanding. I recommend this vacation site. 12 minutes away from airport. They have eatery in place. 10-15 minutes away from everything. Loved it. My husband told me he loved my choice of a place for us to stay in Myrtle Beach, SC

14th floor in general seemed clean in general. The indoor pools are super heated which I loved. Tons of different pools too. And hot tubs and PET friendly which is a must for us! Thanks Patricia grand!

Overall a nice place to stay. Our unit could be cleaned more thoroughly behind doors and around baseboards. Beds and shower were clean. Building in general needs updated. Staff was very friendly. Pool amenities were good.

The pans in the kitchen were dirty and the bathroom sink needs to be properly deep clean other than that our overall experience was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'm definitely coming back.

The evening front staff was rude. We were sitting out by the pool enjoying the night air unaware of the time and without being given any warning that the pool area was locked and we were locked out among other guest coming in from being out there and coming back from the ocean. One of the guest stated they were out there past midnight two nights before and the pool area doors were not locked. There was a family giving their child a birthday party and they were locked out as well. We were all told instead of letting us in that we had to walk around via the beach area to enter the front door. A security officer working had asked them for a key to let us in and they told him no that we all could walk around the property and come in the front entrance. When we approached the night shift desk workers about this they were rude and stated if we continued to complain that we would be removed from the property. If this is the treatment a customer receives after spending nearly $2000.00 for 6 days then we won't return. When we got there at 4 p.m. as we were instructed to for check-in, there was a line of about 20 vehicles trying to turn into the check-in area at the same time. Guest were lined up outside of the lobby and some were being told that their rooms were not ready at their 4 pm check-in time. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels each day at the front desk. Our room phone did not work and we had to take out our own trash and make our own beds. The lady during the week at the Starbucks kiosk was very friendly and the day shift front desk crew were a little bit better than the night. The parking deck was difficult to get in and out of. I doubt very seriously if we will ever return.

The area and local activities were all great. The view from the balcony in the room was awesome. We had some issues with cleanliness upon our arrival. The floors were filthy, walking barefoot got the bottoms of our feet black. They came up and cleaned it after we reported this. Also going to bed the first night it was clear that between the previous guest and us, they made the beds but did not change the sheets. Hairs, etc found in the pillows and sheets. Again, they did take care of it right away and we’re apologetic. Faucet was not securely attached to the bathroom counter, seal on freezer was falling off so things couldn’t stay frozen they tried to fix but it didn’t work. Honestly, very inexpensive so the old saying applies you get what you pay for. But overall a mediocre experience.

The check in was quick and I got to check in early! We loved being able to have our dogs join us. The room was perfectly described in rental post. I found most off putting was the floor looked filthy. The bathrooms are stocked and as described. The pool and deck area was great for just hanging out maybe knock a few back! We will book again.
