Beautiful View

The room had amazing views of the sunrise! The bathroom is on the small side. It's concerning that a man from a private pest control company brought his dog in to sniff for "flowers," but not for pests. This was a traditional hotel room with a beautiful view.

Could have been better...

We had to request sheets and blankets as soon as we got there because they used dirty ones on the beds, there were roaches crawling the walls. The coffee pot was unusable because it was molded and stained horribly. 10/10 dont reccomend this hotel. The hot tubs were dirty, people were smoking pot on the balconies. One of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at.

Affordable but could use some deep cleaning

I loved that the hotel is right on the beach. It was also really nice to be able to take advantage of the free waterpark passes to Myrtle Waves. The only down side was the cleanliness of the whole facility. The pools were always dirty with sand and debris. The room was not very clean either. There were dark brown spots on the curtains and the floors had not been swept or mopped before we arrived. The kitchen appliances worked but were very outdated and stained from so much use. Also no room service for the whole stay "due to the pandemic" was not a good look. To get extra towels or sheets you had to sit your dirty ones outside the room door and go to the front desk to get clean ones. For the price, I would at least expect the place to be cleaner than it was but other than that we had a new stay and had no other issues. If facility had better parking and was cleaner I would have given 5 stars.

It was good!

So when we first walked into the room it was cleanish. The mirror and TV screen had something splattered on it, a candy wrapper was left on the balcony and we did not have toilet paper. The room and bathroom were smaller than expected but still functional. The good…. They allow small dogs, the staff was friendly, great food at the on site restaurant, wonderful views and nice warm pools and hot tubs. Other than the few things that housekeeping missed everything was good!

A bit disappointed

The view was amazing, but the hotel itself was not up to par with what I was expecting and what the photos showed. I was under the impression that it was newly renovated, and while some was, there was much left to be desired.

Most Comfortable Vacation

It was the most comfortable vacation I’ve experienced at Myrtle Beach! Didn’t have to leave the hotel for entertainment! The Pool and Bar was everything, the cleaning crew was readily available and the staff and host was always friendly! Will be returning soon!

Home away from home

Easy check in and very clean. There was only 2 of us but could have slept 4 with the pull out couch. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook if you want to. Beautiful view from the balcony of the beach. There are several pools and hot tubs that looked very clean but we spent all our time on the beach which was only steps away. The restaurant on the 2nd floor had delicious food too. We love that you can bring your fur baby if you need to. We will definitely be back next year.

Don't stay here

No shower curtain... Slow elevator... No luggage cart. I had to take a family of 4 luggage up to the room by hand... Also small parking deck . I killed like 6 big water bugs in my room.. No central heat and air... They had a window unit that half-ass worked.. No room service... 1 roll of tissue I had to chance down room service for towels tissue basic needs..had no understanding from the front desk... Oh and also I had to become the pool boy, someone vomited in the pool...hot tube water levels were very low.... And a small so-called lazy river that was not even In the same area of the pools..no pool towels.... Can no complimentary breakfast... We stayed from Thursday to Sunday.. Its was about $1100.. And let me also add that the rooms are very small and you have to move out the way to close the bathroom door. You could not sit on the toilet and open or close the door at the same time rooms is outdated and the bed was very hard... No sheets on my bed I had to go buy my own... Too many big dogs... Walking around...

Very disappointed ☹️☹️

Room 1624. Needs work. Toliet rocks . Wall decor has been removed and hanging hooks were still on walls. And housekeeping needs to do better job. I was very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️.
