Our stay at Patricia Grand overlooking Myrtle Beach

It was absolutely amazing!!! The hot tubs were awesome and the lazy river. It was the perfect relaxing getaway right on the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect place to stay!

Ample close by parking. Friendly and very helpful registration and arrival process. Clean and nicely appointed and lots of amenities in our room. Great view of the beach!

Spent two nights. Generally good stay. Location is close to attractions so we were able to walk to many places. Some cleanliness issues: found a cockroach climbing the wall of our room. We used the pool both days that we were there. No issues on the first day. Pools appear to be clean. On the 2nd day, there were cigarette butts, band-aid, and napkin in the water of the outdoor pool. Not sure if windy conditions blew it into the water?

Microwave was broke , outlets loose and cords would fall out, no towel bar at shower, workers never came to fix issues. Had to buy a microwave to use . No water pressure. Hot water ran out Monday night and Tuesday morning there was no hot water for showers. Refrigerator made a very loud noise constantly.The best thing about this room was the awesome view.

The bathroom was so small you couod barly turn around. Barking dog keep us awake most of the night plus constucction all during the day. The air conditioner did not work properly. Communication with the front dest was limited.

Do not stay here!

Hotel staff is horrible! Rooms are old dated and no smart tv. Can not stream online or from cellphone. Large dogs are not allowed per the policy only 20 pounds but there were a lot of large dogs walking around peeing on the carpet. I would not recommend this place to any friends or family. The hotel staff was rude. Broken appliance didn’t get fixed even thou I submitted maintenance request twice. Walls are thin can’t sleep at all due to dog barking for 4 hours straight Ridiculous. Worst vacation ever. I would not stay here even if the room was FREE! Bathroom so small can barely close the door to use the toilet.

Nice oceanfront view

The balcony view was very nice and having a full kitchen space was a plus, did notice there were some long black hairs in the shower and since my friend is bald and I am a blonde we knew they were not ours. Be aware the room provides one bath towel, one wash cloth and one hand towel per guest for your stay which you will need to wash in the community washing machine…but that is probably in the listing somewhere and I just missed it…… The parking garage is convenient to the hotel but very tight quarters. Hotel staff was very nice as were other guests. Vacasa was very responsive and polite when we messaged them. Overall a good stay.

Cold ... But peaceful

Even with the couple of hiccups... We had a great weekend. Prompt assistance when the microwave didn't work ... Great balcony view... And even those who were staying as contract workers were so nice. We will go back.

It was okay, and just that.

We arrived, there was parking up front to unload, which was great. The people who worked the front desk were always so nice! I had read about the elevators being slow.. I did not run into this issue. The pools outside were cold and not heated, but there were the hot tubs and lazy river as well as a smaller pool indoors that were just fine. This building seems to be getting some updates, which it desperately needs. Inside the unit it was cleanish, the beds were not comfortable at all but that may just be up to your opinion. The microwave didn’t work which was a bit of a bummer. But the kitchen is stocked with things to cook otherwise. We ended up using the free dvd rental which was so nice. Overall okay experience, pools and hottubs were a bit dirty. Other than that and the microwave, probably wouldn’t go back. Was on the lower end with a bit of a high price.
