We always stay in Murrells Inlet when we vacation in Myrtle Beach, but Hurricane Ian caused us to relocate. We found a room at the Patricia Grand, that was very reasonably priced. We watched Ian arrive from the 17th floor, and was happy that our vehicle was in a safe concrete structure. The hotel manager was onsite during the Hurricane, and was very friendly and helpful to all of the guests he came into contact with. Our room was clean, and all of the staff we encountered were courteous and professional. As soon as the Hurricane ended, the staff started cleaning up the damage, and remnants of the storm, and the grounds were clean in no time.

The room was amazing. Very clean and comfortable with a great view. There was a lot of hammering and door slamming most of the day but that’s no fault of the room owner.

For the four of us - two adults, two teenagers (and one dog!) - the room was cozy, although the bathroom and kitchen area were a little tight. View was excellent. Room was as clean as can be expected for the pandemic-affected times. We had no issues with maintenance or facilities or noise. Would certainly consider staying here again.
