Great stay!

Clean rooms, clean pools, friendly staff and overall nice stay. Would love to be back with the kids. Ate at Indigo last night and crab cakes and my club were wonderful. Resort is close to alot. We will be back

Weekend Get-away

The room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Room was well equipped with the necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub downstairs. Only complaints would be the bed is way too firm, dogs barking in the early morning hours, and adjacent balcony had guests who smoked pot all weekend.

Nice resort

Nice resort, only issues were, keywords didn't work, took over an hour to get lock reset, so we could get into our room. No trash bag in kitchen can, and maid busted in room 15 minutes before checkout time.

It’s not bad at all location is very good 5 mins or less to broadway at the beach. It needs a mattress and some cleaning done. We cleaned the place as soon as we got there. Not a bad place just needs some attention.

There were several long black hairs in our bed sheets that one either mine or my husband’s. Which indicated to us that the bed sheets were not changed in between guests.

Ok at best

I'd say the best part was the location.. The refrigerator barley worked, when we arrived the floors were soaked, so we when to dry it with a towel and the floors were absolutely filthy.. Looked like it was mopped with dirty water.. Was instructed to leave dirty towels outside the door, so we did.. Yet we never received more clean ones.. The avg wait time for an elevator was approximately 10+ minutes, in an un air-conditioned lobby.. Wouldn't recommend, especially for the price of the room.. Disappointed

We left early. The building is not kept up. I know it gets a lot of use. Blood stain on bedspread. Razor pieces still in tub from previous occupant. Pet friendly which is nice but that requires a different level of cleaning. I would like a refund for our last evening.

Wonderful place the only problem we had was the room floor was not cleaned but did provide a broom

We enjoyed our stay!! Lots of Marijuana smoke in the air every time we were on the balcony. Conveniently located to everything!! Short of having to sweep up all the sand on the floors when we got there, it was a nice place!!

Anniversary getaway

Check-in was easy and prompt. Once we walked in the room it smelled fresh and clean. The only issue was the bed, was not comfortable for us very springy and hard, it was difficult getting a good night's sleep. This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel and I think we found our go to spot. The bed won't stop us from staying here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to come back again!

Husband birthday getaway

The room was nice and clean. There wasn’t much privacy for your balcony and even though this is a smoke free hotel every time we went outside it smelled like marijuana from others balconies. When stayed on the 18th floor, when we got upstairs our room key would not work so I had to go back down and then back up to wait on maintenance. He was very friendly and no more problems with the key pad. Just FYI we told to keep the key away from cellphones & credit cards bc it would “deactivate” the cards… we went to the pool bar but the drinks were highly priced & not tasty. My husbands Long Island ice tea costed $22 & he said it was disgusting .. however I got a daiquiri & it was pretty good paid $11 for it and it tasted like there was no alcohol. I can’t really rate the restaurant there bc we are at other places.. the pools were clean. Our room was considered ocean view but it felt like it was ocean front bc it had a large view of the water.. the staff was very friendly. Also the parking garage was VERY tight with small parking spaces. If you have a small car you wil be fine..

Myrtle Beach visit!!

I checked in late because of the Coastal Carolina vs. Army game ending late but had no problem accessing my room. The room was clean, but there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and I give the queen bed mattress a C-.

Great beach access. Somewhat rundown property and ammenities a bit lacking.

Great access to beach. Front desk staff unprofessional. All other workers friendly and hard working. Pool area clean, breezy, nice shade and not overly busy. Restaurant not desireable. Outdoor bar was not open long enough (morn or eve). Bed was clean, floors were not. Dj was overly loud. Small bathroom. Elevators got people stuck multiple times. No chairs or umbrellas for rent.
