The only issue was the TV wasn't set up had to mess with it to find channels and parking a tall truck was a little issue but doable. Two of the 3 hot tubs were a little crazy. Property was 5 stars and enjoy my stay.

Check out disappointed

Checking out and waiting for the elevator was a disaster. Waited for an hour. Not enough elevators for a hotel that size. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was horrible in the shower.

Definitely returning soon

The staff! The fact that the entire Resort is dog friendly and getting to meet not just people but also pups! The room was wonderful aside a few little nitpick issues. The resort is wonderful including the restaurant and Starbucks stand. The indoor pool could have been cleaner but the outdoor pool was beautiful unfortunately too cold for the time of year we were there. We saw people working on resurfacing and retiling the indoor Spas so we unfortunately we're not able to enjoy them but soon they will be absolutely beautiful and redone. My husband and I had a wonderful time and will be returning soon.

Great stay for a single person or couple

The view was absolutely amazing, we seen dolphins from our 18th floor balcony. The ocean view was as beautiful as you could imagine. The room was spacious, the linens were clean, the maids were amazing so sweet, front desk people were rude and lazy but may have just been a busy week and they may have been stressed but didn’t ruin our trip. THE PET FRIENDLY PART WAS AWFUL… dogs barking from early morning til the next, people just leave their animals in their rooms and leave all day it’s annoying as ever when you spend. The money to go away on vacation relax and you can’t even sleep cause of dogs ugh. But the room and location along with housekeeping was wonderful. The poolside bar was pretty dang nice and the pools were always so clean

Awesome

Our stay in this room was perfect. The view was good, the room was spacious enough for my husband to get around in his wheelchair and the Starbucks bar downstairs did not disappoint! We will return again soon

Wonderfully clean

This has have to been the cleanest in I have stayed in. It’s smelled wonderful Extremely clean. The view was amazing as well and the balcony was very private and quiet.
