Stay at 9 Palms, a family-owned condo situated in a secluded complex of nine units that guarantees comfort and convenience. It`s located downtown, just a short walk from the beach and all major attractions. The condo offers a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including Smart TVs, a Keurig Coffee Maker, a fully equipped kitchen, covered parking, a pull-out sofa bed, and a work station. This vacation spot is perfect for you, so don`t miss out on the opportunity to experience it!

The condo and the entire building are owned by a local family, making it a private and exclusive property. The owners have meticulously planned and considered every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. Instead of opting for a crowded high-rise complex with strangers, why not choose a tranquil and serene space that facilitates relaxation.

A quiet place in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just 3 minutes from the beach and just off The Pavilion. It’s the closest property to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (just an 8 minute walk)! Enjoy easy access to everything you need - beach, shops, food, mini golf and much more.

The location is within walking distance to everything you need and having a designated parking space also makes it easy to bring your car! It`s less than 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

You will have full access to your condo as well as one designated parking space on property!

This unit is on the third floor, which is up two flights of stairs and a total of 32 steps. Please note, there is no elevator.

✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Cleaning and Damages

> Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in extra cleaning fee.

> Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded provided there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.



RENTAL AGREEMENT


1: RESERVATION INFORMATION

CHECK-IN

The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page.


CHECK-OUT

The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.


EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.

NO REFUNDS

This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages or water outages. Standard cancellation policies always apply. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.


2: ID VERIFICATION


IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Guests are required to complete the Happy Guest check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.


BACKGROUND SCREENING

We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions. By making a reservation, you authorize the use of your personal information (including name, address, date of birth, or other identifying information) to obtain these reports, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel, block, restrict or terminate your access to our services or reservations made or contemplated, based on our evaluation of such reports.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We may refuse service to any individual for any reason(s) that does not violate federal or state laws. Reasons for refusing service to, or removing, a Guest or any other individual include, but are not limited to: refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance such that the individual is disturbing the peace; seeking to use the apartment for an unlawful purpose; seeking to bring into the apartment an unlawfully-possessed firearm or any item, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroying, damaging, or defacing the Property or threatening harm to the Property, other guests, or residents of the Property; causing or permitting persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of the apartment; or refusing to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by the Company, including, without limitation, the House Rules and any published rules and regulations.


3: RIGHTS OF ACCESS

RIGHT OF ENTRY

Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that the Property Owner, Property Manager, Hosts, Maintenance, and other staff reserve the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations, and improvements, as deemed necessary.

ACCESS

You acknowledge that your reservation does not confer exclusive possession or exclusive access. We retain the right to access and enter at any time as needed, however, we will attempt to notify you before entering the apartment as a courtesy to you except in the event of an emergency. If called upon, law enforcement will be granted immediate access.

KEYS / ACCESS CODES

Access codes and/or keys are issued to the registered Guest and work at the Check-in time. Failure to return these items at the time of your departure will result in a fee of $500 for each unreturned item.

LOCK OUT

A lockout of Guests from the property will result in a minimum of $25 service call during business hours. Guests agree that a lock out after business hours will result in a locksmith being called and Guests being charged accordingly.

Very cute place and the area has so many neat things to do. The area also has many pet friendly things to do so we were able to do almost everything with our blue heeler including restaurants, the beach before 10am and after 5pm, shopping, and walks around markets!

This condo was PERFECT for my daughter and I while staying in MB for her cheer competition. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!!! We were 100ish yards from the beach, 10 min walk to get to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go including Starbucks 3min walk, and multiple restaurants and stores within 3-5 minutes. We drove to Broadway at the Beach which was less than 5 min. Condo was CLEAN, had all the amenities needed. The property itself was cute as can be with a modern chic vibe inside. Host was responsive when I needed them. Overall great experience and I will definitely stay here again!!!

Great Rental!

Such a great Rental. Beautiful safe well lit place. Best location we’ve ever stayed at in Myrtle beach. Everything seems like it’s a short walk/drive away. Rental was clean and nice. The most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever had vacationing. We’ve been home for 4days and we’re still thinking about how great the pillows and bed were. Cody was very fast to reply to any questions or concerns we had. The Rentals was on the 3rd floor which had beautiful views. We took our pup this go around, she wasn’t fond of the stairs and her being a chubby English bulldog we should’ve took that into consideration but we were fine. Also there’s a large grass area in front of the rental, I would advise to keep your pets out of it being it’s full of little sticker things. That’s literally my only complaint for ANYTHING during our trip. Thank you so much for hosting us!
