What’s not to like!

Perfect location on third floor overlooking beach and ocean, and the ocean is very close. Very bright and large condo, and larger than usual balcony. Kitchen could use some more utensils but a minor blemish on a near perfect vacation.

It needs some love

This trip was a girls getaway for 4 women. My main disappointment was that the pictures in the listing are no longer accurate. We looked at the kitchen appliances in the pictures and it shows a coffee maker so we brought loose coffee & filters. When we got there-no coffee maker, just a Keurig/Coffee Pod machine. We had to leave the unit after traveling all day and go in search of a coffee maker. We left it behind in the unit after checking out & I hope they leave it there for the next renters. The bifold closet doors are broken, the drawers are hard to open & close. It just feels like the owners don't care. The pool was not attractive at all, but looked murky. For the rate that was charged, I expected it to be nicer than it was. We had a great time at the beach, but I won't rent here again.

Great getaway

Great getaway for family and grands. Best option for us. Only future concern is the cleaning crew. For the $$ charged, my wife had to clean the entire property.

Beautiful And conveniently located.

This condo was very nice for our family. Our family of 4 plus our father/grandfather had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view. We enjoy eating in Calabash, and it is only a 20 minute drive. This property is conveniently located near many local attractions. The unit is as pictured, the building is probably 30 years or so old. This has pros and cons. Very quiet. We heard no street nor neighbor noise. There has been updates cosmetically, to the unit, and it has adequate dishes etc but not matching sets. Unit needs a few more glasses. Would we rent here again? YES! The Condo-World people were great to work with. We are from Oregon, and this was a fun relaxing vacation

Needs attention. Could be very nice.

Nice condo on the beach, a little rough around the edges. Called for maintenance to come fix nails sticking out of the door and the corner plastic thing. Maintenance called and said they'd be there the next day. Never came. Elevator kept breaking. Master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and the sheets barely fit. No sheets for the pullout couch. Son slept on mattress pad.
