Excellent place to stay

The place was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and I am quite picky about cleanliness. I was impressed. The only complaint I have is our toilet was loose from the floor and moved around slightly, and there was definitely a sewage-like smell periodically in the room. Other than that I have zero complaints. All the staff was wonderful, the check in and check out process was simple. I would definitely book again, and recommend to others!

The resort is in a great location and is overall very nice. Our room had a very strong sewer smell the whole time we were there and it wasn’t very clean. Other than that, everything was wonderful. There’s an amazing restaurant on the second floor and a very nice tiki bar by the pool.

Perfect 3 night stay again at the Patricia Grand but 324 has been our favorite of all the times we’ve stayed . Check in always easy , room was clean , loved the view just over the pool and out to the ocean . Perfect side for sunrises on the Balcony . Our fur baby loves the dog area and even went down to the ocean for a bit . We will definitely return and try for 324 again . We used all the pools the hot tubs and ate onsite at pool bar and second floor restaurant so we never had to leave the site , although we did avoid the gym since it was a vacation lol .

Extremely Disappointed

Our room was in desperate need of a deep cleaning, the ceiling was flaking off in multiple locations, and the bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. The entire building reeked of marijuana so badly that we had to wash our clean clothes after we got home. Also, their parking deck is so narrow, that they had to block off a “three-point turn area” on each floor.

Beautiful but Difficult

The beach view is amazing. The room was clean and has good an amount of space. The kitchenette was clean and has ample supplies. The only real issue was not being able to get into the room on arrival and on the last day we were there. It took hours to get the door lock mechanism changed or reset for the unlock code to work. The code was supposed to have been fixed the first day we were there but apparently was not fixed since my family couldn’t get back into the room the last day we were there. Maintenance had to come back yet again to let my elderly family back into the room so they could get their luggage. I paid full price for this room that my family did have full access to because of the door lock malfunction. They were worried about not being able to get back in if everyone left at the same time so someone always stayed behind to let the other back in. I need a price adjustment for this mishap.

Great ocean view with many shopping and dining options within walking distance. Frontage road was very busy with young and noisy nightlife. Room was dirty with bad odor at check-in. We were unable to clear the air despite aggressive efforts. No housekeeping services were available apparently due to Covid fears.
