Door in the bathroom the Fiberglass is coming out the top over the floor floor damp from moisture from outside

Check-in okay, kepad broken, toilet seat broken, t v. Remote had to ve reprogrammed. All streaming channels a "NO". PHONE DID NOT WORK, BATHROOM SINK CLOGGED (NEVER FIXED). VOMIT IN POOL 2 DAYS. BATHTUB NEEDS MAT, WIFE SLIPPED. WOULD LIKE A FREE 2 NIGHT, 3 DAY STAY!

Unit 616 Patricia Grand. I'll start with the positives. Bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. Shower had great pressure and stayed warm. I would not stay here again, mainly because there was not enough drawer space for our clothes. The floor had fuzzies all over the place, which ok, so does my house. We went for the car show, but we could not sit outside on the hotel balcony because you could not see the street to watch the cars drive by. But on the flip-side, there was a nice view of the ocean from our private balcony!

Relaxing by the pool was fantastic. I loved that we could reposition the pool chairs to face the ocean. Room was decent size for 2 people, and the view was great! The only downside of the accommodations was the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The customer service at the hotel was great, that was the only good part. The room we had mold on the ceiling and the bathroom. The bed sheets and blanket was moist. Also called the customer service line to let them know and was told that they call me back it’s been 4 weeks since it happen and still haven’t heard from. Would not go back.

Nice view, loved the big flat-screen smart TV, the staff is always pleasant. This side of the hotel was noisy, could hear everyone that walks by and doors constantly slamming closed. I've been at the hotel for a month - every room Ive stayed in needs a deep cleaning. The daily pet rate is expensive - 1/2 the price of the daily human rate is too much.

We had a great stay. Elevators were pretty dirty but other than that, it was overall fairly clean. We took our dog and there is a nice very small park area right beside the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. Parking garage across the street with plenty of parking. We had a regular full-size pickup and it fit snugly. Beach was great as well. No real complaints!

PROS: Husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend babymoon. place was very clean, pools were heated and because of the amount of pools and size never felt crowded, staff was great & friendly, room was nice loved that it was hardwood instead of carpet, the room had a very nice large TV, bartender was great and the bar food was well priced, Beach area was nice and the view from our room was lovely. its in good walking distance to a lot of restaurants. CONS: shower had no water pressure, Bed was really** terrible and being pregnant the bed comfort was important.. I didn't get much sleep and I was thankful we were only there for two nights, the door to our room didn't shut very well so we would repeatedly have open and close it to try to shut it so it would lock, the elevators are EXTREMLY slow so we took the stairs down from floor 6 a lot, I couldn't make it back up the stairs so we waited for the elevators. The vending machines on our floor did not work the soda on or the snack one.
