Nice place

We loved that we could see the ocean from one side of our room, and the city from the other. The room was very clean. And the breakfast staff were wonderful, especially Moe, she made us feel very welcome. I loved how big it was.

Be nice ,if was offered free bkfst..& was given a hard time in regards to my 2 dogs ... Was advertised as Pet friendly... No where was asked,my breed of dogs or wt. 2 so called mngrs had to be advised... My 1 dog died ,there in S.C ,had stroke at hotel & had to be put down.... So I only had 1 ,now if question. Have paperwork,to prove. Ty. Loved the pools & elevators, proximity to ocean .ty

Small but clean

The room was small but clean. The balcony had a great view. The parking garage across the street was very convenient. There was access to a large outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a lazy river, three hot tubs and a kiddie pool. You could walk straight out of the hotel and be on the beach in about 1 minute. Outdoor showers are provided at two different places to rinse the sand off before going up to the room. The air conditioner was great. The staff was helpful and friendly when we asked for extra towels. Our only complaint was the bed. It was broken down and in need of a replacement. After 4 nights, we left with stiff backs. We go on several trips a year and this was probably the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in.

There was absolutely no room to walk. The bed was hard & uncomfortable. All the pillows were too big. No comforter, just bottom sheet, top sheet & bedspread

I loved the multiple pools and hot tubes....easy beach access...no problems checking in. Nice view from balcony if you decide on a partial view. Pools weren't crowded but elevators were slow and crowded. Overall my stay was very comfortable
