Summary:
Welcome to Ace Basin! This brand new construction 5 Bedroom home is across the street from the ocean! Enjoy walking to the beach. Private 2 car garage & pet friendly. Sleeps 11 guests. Enjoy lux modern furnishings, two outdoor balcony areas, a WFH desk area and beach essentials. This is the perfect beach house getaway for a large family or group of friends. This home is professionally managed by Royall Stays.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in South Myrtle Beach, just one block from the beach. South Myrtle Beach offers a long stretch of sandy beach, perfect for lounging, swimming, and water sports. It has a variety of attractions that cater to families, such as miniature golf courses, arcades, and the popular Family Kingdom Amusement Park. The neighborhood has a relaxed dining scene with options along the beach and in nearby shopping plazas.

Other Things to Note:
The garage is 86 inches wide and can either fit up to two standard-sized cars or standard-sized SUVs. However, oversized SUVs will not fit. For any additional vehicles they will have to pay to park on the street. Bikers are welcome.

Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Additionally, serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances.

There really wasn't a beach view but it was right across the street behind a hotel/condo complex. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful house with super comfortable beds. Wish the fifth bedroom had access to main area of home without going outside.
