With an open kitchen and spacious dining and living room that are steps away from a large, private balcony with comfortable seating. Relax in this 1200 square foot retreat, BUT once you're out on the balcony, the view will be hard to look away from. It's also just steps away from the beach and pools!
● We are excited to host your next vacation in our recently renovated and updated condo in the North Tower of the SAND DUNES resort. Sleeps up to 10 guests. New paint throughout, new decor, new countertops, stainless steel appliances, new bedding, headboards, kitchen and living room features, new balcony furniture!
● Please enjoy the convenience of self-check in, after 4pm, with NO waiting in line, no front desk check-in. Park in the parking deck, follow the instructions we provide at booking, and take the parking deck elevator straight up to your 14th floor retreat. During your stay you will use a code provided to you, with our easy to 'punch in' keypad, to lock and unlock the door.
● You have direct access to the beach via a few different walkways. It takes only minutes to get there. Just come down the elevator from our floor and walk out of the parking area to a sidewalk, boardwalk, or through the front main resort building to reach the soft, sandy beach. Going through the front main resort building will also take you to the ocean-front pools and beachfront kitchen and bar.
● Guests will enjoy Free Parking for 2 vehicles. Two parking passes will be provided.
● You will also receive one pool armband per person staying in the unit, please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking. These will allow you access to all of the wonderful *BEACHFRONT* pools and amenities.
(Kindly NOTE -- guests do NOT have access to the waterpark/lazyriver/pool located at the back of our tower between Ocean Blvd. It is privately owned. Please see explanation further down!...)
● Check out our custom feature wall in the living room with a new TV, wood mantle, & color changeable electric FIREPLACE!!
● This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, brand new countertops that provide ample space to make breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cabinet space for your groceries.
● Bath towels, bedding, pillows and linens are provided. A starter set of amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided for each reservation.
● This condo has free open Wifi access, cable TV's in each room and the living room, hair dryers, board games, children's books, puzzles, beach-read books for adults, and a workspace desk in the Master bedroom.
● Guests can conveniently wash and dry clothes right in the condo. If bulk laundry is needed, Sand Dunes also offers a large coin-operated laundromat located in the oceanfront building.
**●** Kindly NOTE: we are not affiliated with the Sand Dunes on-site rental program. The waterpark/lazy river located between the back of our tower and Ocean Blvd, away from the *oceanfront* part of the resort, is privately owned and operated, and access is NOT available to our guests. Access cannot be purchased separately or added to private rentals. You will be able to see this pool area from the hallway and entry to our 14th floor unit, but please do not worry, there are SO MANY other things to do and amenities to enjoy!!
● Sand Dunes Resort AMENITIES you have access to: Indoor pool (2nd floor of Main building) and hot tubs, *Oceanfront* outdoor pool & lazy river, *Oceanfront* water fountains/features, Fitness center, arcade, ATM, coin-operated laundry facility, vending and ice machines. Convenience store, gift shop, pizza and ice cream shop, a beachfront bar, front yard lounge chairs and picnic tables, and more.

● No pets allowed, per HOA policy
● Parties or Large gatherings are not permitted.
● The resort does not allow golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Grocery store -Food Lion- is less than a mile away.
Golf Driving Range - The CANE PATCH is highly rated for a good time! Located about half a mile away, just over King's Hwy at 74th N Ave, open til 11pm in the summer!
Friends also highly suggest going CRAB hunting at night on the beach --> bring a flashlight!
● The view from our 14th floor offers amazing scenery of the ocean and Northern skyline. You can wake up to the most incredible sunrises and spend the afternoon relaxing on the balcony in the shade. The sun sets on the other side of the building so it will not be blinding you in the afternoons and evenings. Keep those balcony curtains open!
You will also still get to see beautiful, colorful skies from a southern sunset & hopefully a dolphin or boat or kiteboarder as well.
●The Sand Dunes resort, and our condo, is located at the north end of the impressive ‘Golden Mile’ residential area and is right on Ocean Boulevard. It offers a slightly quieter setting, with much less traffic than the South end, yet is still close to everything. Tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and a gorgeous oceanfront adds to the neighborhood’s distinctive and inviting charm.
However, we are still close to all of the action with short drives to all major attractions of the area, as well as a short drive to the famous Grand Strand & Boardwalk at the South end of Myrtle Beach.
Excellent Golf courses, in the 'Golf Capital of the World,' are a short 10-15min drive away. Restaurants, grocery store, coffee, shopping, and more are all within walking distance if you don't want to drive.
This condo is perfect, YEAR-ROUND, for family & friend vacations, golf trips, beaching, shelling, walking and relaxing. We invite you to stay when you have conferences and work trips, sporting events and cheerleading, family reunions, and celebrations.
