Disappointed
This property needs some cosmetic repairs. There was a hump in the floor between the kitchen and living area. Paneling was bowed out from the wall, paint was puckered in many areas. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony furniture was nice. Overall I was not pleased with the appearance of the condo.

Enjoyed but improvements are a must
Upon arrival to real estate office (after hours) to pick up our packet, the gentleman leaving was extra nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our week long stay. Love the location; easy access to beach and pool. Pool was very nice and clean. The beach was amazing.
Improvements need to be made to this particular rental if we ever want to rent it again. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever. There was a piece of “toenail” on the bottom shelf of coffee table. The cable/TVs are difficult to navigate. Many channels are not an option. Unable to use our Netflix account bc the TVs are older.
Updated photos for Vrbo site. Drapes in LR are dark navy blue and recliner is navy blue as well. For the price, it would’ve been nice to have had more updated items (mattresses, TVs, remotes)
These are owner issues and do not reflect on the services provided by your real estate company. Thomas is very reputable and I will rent using them again.

Great family time
This was our third year staying at Ocean View Villa and the first time working with Thomas Reality. Overall this was a great place to stay! The company was easy to work with and helpful when we had questions. We love this part of the beach and this condo was perfect for our family.

A few issues…
Loved that our unit had a personal washer and dryer in unit. Location was perfect and more family oriented with no crowding. Check in process was hectic as we got there and room was not ready, no advance notice, once able to go to our unit got to villas and they had forgotten to put out gate key in envelope so had to drive all the way back to pick one up. No apology or anything. We understand mistakes happen so we just went on and enjoyed our stay. Chair in room was all ripped up a s carpet was a little on the dirty side but we just sucked it up ans made the most of it for the week.

Lovely condo on the prettiest part North Myrtle Beach
This condo was perfect for our family. It was decorated beautifully, clean, and spacious. The master bedroom is amazing, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The beach here is gorgeous where with the coastal waterway meets the ocean. It’s serene and wild, such a unique area.
