The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and the washer and dryer were perfect! Beautiful view! Just what we were looking for!!!
My only real complaint was the checkout process was awful. Checkout time was by 10am and we started trying to get an elevator at 8:15. It was mass chaos. We ended up having to make 2 trips to load our car not because we had so much stuff but because we couldn’t get an empty elevator as there were only 2 for the entire 18 floor building. In the end we carried the rest of our stuff down 9 flights of steps. Not ideal! This was a real issue. We’d love to stay again but will have to make the choice to checkout super early to avoid this hassle. It might be helpful though if they staggered checkout times to make this process run more smoothly.
