Place is clean, the condo is massive spending the entire width of the hotel. There is an assigned parking space and it is right next to the door partially undercover. I would stay here again. Staff very friendly.

Our small group of friends had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was tidy and worked properly. Good location, close to everything. Great beach location, other spots seemed to have more people, this one wasn’t too crowded for us. The pools and hot tub were enjoyed by us. The customer service and security people were wonderful. A great experience overall.

Last minute spring break trip from CT with two adults and four kids (ages 3-17). Beautiful, large unit that accommodated all of us perfectly. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a six day vacation. Building is in a quiet section of the beach, convenient to everything. Grounds were clean and front desk and cleaning crew were very friendly and welcoming. Parking spot is closest to entry and carts make packing and unpacking so easy. Would def return and recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Years of staying at the Regency made us decide to return. A beautiful renovation made the unit very appealing. Vinyl and tile flooring made it clean and comfortable. The unit was tastefully decorated and beds were extremely comfortable. I love the Regency location as it is a quiet location on the beach. We were even able to find several sharks teeth on the beach. Thank you for sharing your space.

the only complaint was that the temperature in the condo was a bit warmer than anticipated and even with suggestions from the owner the temp never fell below 75-77 with high humidity. Additionally, the raised temps in our condo combined with the cooler temps of the condo below us also caused the floors to become very slick with condensation.
